Our multi-purpose glass facility is immersed in nature and filled with natural light with more than 30,000 sq/ft of office space. Formerly the famous Perry Judd building, and then the Waterloo Tech Center, the Solarium has been transformed into a Waterloo watering hole where business, art, and culture meet.
